The special guest of “Razvitie” corporation

Very special was one of the first guests of Corporation “Razvitie” for 2018. The story of the 12-year-old basketball star from Sliven, Stilian, shook and touched many people in the country. Once he was diagnosed as having a severe and rare oncology disease, hundreds of his associates, their parents, mentors and educators responded with a variety of initiatives to help his family begin the immediate fight against the disease.
An elite Istanbul clinic has offered treatment with a very high probability of recovery, but also very expensive - 7 sessions, costing over 7 thousand dollars each. Alas, such daily events are a measure of our kindness, empathy and willingness to help. Assistance of any kind: moral support, financial support, a good word or fine gesture can make all the difference.
Volleyball coach from Sliven, Zhivko Zhelyazkov organized a fundraising campaign, which actively included the chief manager of “Razvitie” corporation Aleksandar Alexandrov, who not only donated a large sum of money for the treatment, but actively took part in the various initiatives, that support Stelko.
The last of which was - a charity auction of the “Play with Razvitie” Foundation for a retro car toy that was won by Alexandrov. Regardless of everything - the sport, the success on the field, the terrible blow of the disease, which forced Stilian to face heavy life challenges, he still remains a little boy for whom each toy brings emotion and joy.
That is why Stelko visited “Razvitie” along with his family - to receive a gift, a special wish card and money collected in the last month by the corporation's associates. And also to bring good news for everyone who held their hopes high. The treatment is going well, there are only two sessions for which the money is already provided - collected with the help of the unique campaign launched in Sliven and spread in the country. An occasion for the little hero's mother to say "people are good" - words that are not heard very often today.
“I expect you at the basketball court after the healing, we will talk about sports, not about diseases”, Alexandrov turned to his new friend. And invited him to the unique show "Night of the Stars", which the “Encho Keryazov” Foundation makes for talented Bulgarian children in the “Arena Armeec” hall. This year, "Play with Razvitie" is a partner of the event, having bought two VIP tables, one of which will be for the children athletes to seat - the stars of "Razvitie".
